“During our ceremony, our guests could hear us even at our quietest moments. This seems like a small detail, but a few weeks before our wedding we went to a friends wedding and couldn’t hear the officiate or the bride and groom. It was tough to feel connected to the ceremony when it felt like we were watching a silent film.”
Have you ever been to a ceremony where you felt like you were at a “Silent Movie” because you couldn’t hear the person officiating the wedding or the bride & groom when they recite their vows? Many couples under estimate the importance of their guests being able to hear the ceremony. If they can’t hear or understand it, they cannot experience it! A professional sound system is necessary in almost all situations and should be highly considered. Some venues offer ceremony sound systems as part of their offerings.
Like a wedding reception, Ceremonies should also have timelines that outline everything from the processional to recessional, coordination, music and logistical considerations such as where the wedding party will enter, exit & stand etc.
These are areas that are usually overlooked or not brought to the couples attention unless a day of coordinator or wedding planner is involved. We will be happy to assist you in these areas especially if you do not have a wedding planner or coordinator.
Though some may say you don’t need a sound system, we highly recommend a professional sound system for groups of 20 or more people or if the location for your ceremony is in a noisy area. Our ceremony system contains the following:
- Professional sound system
- Customized wedding ceremony music of your choice
- Multiple wireless microphone systems for capturing everyone
- Assistance in the coordination of the ceremony
- An experienced operator who will set-up and teardown the sound system
- Low noise generator is available for locations that do not have power (a/c) **optional fee applies
