3. Quote Review

We will provide you with a customized quote via phone or email.

If you would like to secure your date after reviewing the quote, we will email you an agreement.  Initial payments and agreements can be done electronically.

4. Start Planning!

After e-signing your agreement and making your initial payment, we will provide you access to our web based planning portal and schedule your first planning session. Our planning forms can be completed on line and you can choose whatever music you want for your event.

5. Final Details Review

Approximately 20-30 days before your event, we will review all of your music and event details with you and prepare a final time line.  Once you review & approved it,  we will provide all of your vendors a copy to insure a smooth & timely event.

6. Event Day

Time to Celebrate!
